I bought a variety of Riobel faucets for renovation of 3 bathrooms in my home. One of the items is a very nice soap dispenser. The pump mechanism stopped working after approx 3 yrs. I called Riobel and asked for replacement part. They dragged me with various excuses until I gave up. The products are quite good. Customer service and warranty unacceptable.

They sold me a product with a defect (leak). The seller changed the product immediately, but now I am still waiting for Riobel to take the related worked expense. They are slow as hell and conscientiously waited the end of their "delay" to realize their refund procedure suddenly changed. The new product feel week too, as the handle seems lousy. If you don't want us to buy Chinese products, stop acting like Chinese businesses. Things will go in the hand of my legal insurance in a few days.

We had to change the cartrige of our shower as well as the stop valves after 18 years of operation with Riobel products. We had a great service! We contacted riobel and sent them the pictures of the parts with our receipt. They have sent us the parts after one week free of charge!
