Went there knowing about the 25$ minimum, so I went with a small list of the things that I needed, that I checked on the site previously, and some other stuff that I could get just to complete the 25$. The prices were fine and I found what I wanted, but the person that I had to deal with was just horrible, worst service possible. If it wasn't for the lack of options where I could get what I needed due to the Covid-19 having all the other stores closed to normal customers I would have just walked out of there the moment the attendant started shaking his head with a smile on his face for each item I asked, just to say afterwards that just the time for him to fetch the stuff and look into the PC wasn't worth it. Since I drove 30 mins to get there and still had to drive 30 mins more to go back I just decided to let it go and get my stuff. So in total I spent 50$ there, 10$ of what I wanted and the rest was extra stuff just to match the minimum value and that I could still put to some use afterwards. If 50$ on products isn't worth your time and you have to deal with clients in a super annoyed and unpleasant manner just put a 500-1000$ minimum and this way people won't go there to waste your time and spend 50$, this way you also won't waste people's time with the whole "it's not even worth the time I'm gonna spend fetching it" thing.

Excellent service from Frédéric. Excellent prices. For others who have commented that they do not invoice below $ 25 ... It is a supplier, their concept of sale is not that. So go to Rona to sell you 10 screws for $ 15 and don't forget to delete your comment.

This is the place if you are looking for hard to find screws / bolts / industrial parts. I found the screws I was looking for. NB there is a minimum purchase cost of $ 25. We can understand because their core business is not to sell 10 screws at 45 cents, they are rather a distributor of parts with a store open to the public. Take the opportunity to store a few other parts and justify your trip.
