Quite bad and unfortunately unfriendly service in this Reno-Depot. I bought an item online for pick-up at the store. In the store I got the information that my order is in their warehouse but blocked by other items. I was asked to come back the next day and this time please call before coming.
So, I called the next day to ask if my order is now cleared by the blocking items and got a extremely rude answer (A reference to the current Covid situation and therefore no service possible). I was asked to come back after the weekend. During the weekend my order was "as not available" cancelled - even though the item is still available in store & online!
I drove to Canac/Saint Hubert and received the identical item in just 10 minutes, unfortunately the 6 days of my lifetime I will never get back from Reno-Depot Candiac!
