I purchased a 40 gal. Electric water heater and waited 20 minutes for help to transport it to my van. With numerous attempts asking the cashier and other service people for help, no one came. I had to lift the tank and prop it myself into my van. Truly a Mickey Mouse organization. No concept of Customer service.
Shopping on a Thursday night, long line up. Only one cash open. Lots of associates roaming around chatting....
Reasonable price and convenience shopping
Always well layed out. Organized and clean store making it very simple to find things without having to ask any of the staff (when they can actually be found).
Have just about anything you will need for your renovations aside from very specialized articles.
Well located right off the Trans Canada + parking spaces very well spaced for pickups and larger vehicles.
It is very hard to find someone to help you , and knows what he us talking g about
