Cure Lounge & Patio

arrived at 3pm, waited 1 hour to be seated. Was told the wait would be 30 min for a table outside, we said ok no problem. 40 min in I asked if we could be seated inside instead (we were in a bit of a rush- they said that no groups had left in 40 min (there is no time seating limit on patio seating) and said that was a good idea, they would do a run through and check for seats inside and have us seated immediately inside. The hostess who was helping us seemed to have forgotten about us entirely, and 20 min after that we just decided to leave. Funny enough I got a phone call just as we were leaving to say a table outside was available! I knew they were busy but I would have appreciated a bit more communication given the wait. I know they are busy and it is COVID so I try to cut them some slack. Once seated however, no complaints, service was professional throughout and food was prompt. We had the buttermilk fried chicken and the calamari to share, and the location was beautiful overlooking the lake. I would not return next time unless i had ample amounts of time to wait around with no feedback.

We were seated just after 1pm and ordered by about 1:30. The table next to us ordered similar dishes at the same time. That table received their order within 20 minutes and were nearly finished their meals by 2:10 while we still had not received anything. We had appointments to get to so we left without having ever received our orders. Nice view but incredibly disappointing experience.

Nice atmosphere, nice service but I can't recommend the food (or maybe I ordered the wrong ones). We ate here coz we're staying at the hotel and we're too tired to go away after a tiring day. It was close to the restaurant's closing time when we decided to dine in, but we still got accomodated welcomingly. I find the menu to have limited options so I just picked whatever (also, I'm really tired to ask or search what's the bestseller). We weren't really satisfied with the food for the price we paid tho.

Really disappointed with our experience here. Sat down just after 1pm and ordered a burger and chicken sandwich. The couple nearest to us ordered the same thing. They got their order in about 20 mins. When we inquired about ours about 40 mins in, they said they would check. An hour and 10 minutes later. No food. We left at 2:10pm having just an iced coffee at no charge. But really terrible service for a place attached to a high end resort.

My husband and I ate at Cure last night and we absolutely loved the dishes we chose. The calamari was perfectly crispy with just the right amount of spice and the short rib flatbread was delicious. Lots of toppings, tender short rib and crispy flatbread crust. I find the prices to be in line considering it’s in a hotel in a resort town. The lounge itself is cozy but not crowded and we appreciated the space. Can’t wait to go again and have their burger with an upgrade to the Parmesan fries!
