Earls Kitchen + Bar

Came here about 6 weeks ago (sorry for late review!) while visiting Whistler. The service was consistent with Earls high standards. We had the chowder and ravioli. Was very very delicious I highly recommend, providing its still on the menu. Everyone was very friendly and attentive for our needs. Definitely book ahead, as line ups look long

Placed an order for pickup, I understand they were quite busy but nothing out of the ordinary. Waited till 10:15 (as the email said) and notified the guy at the front host desk I was there to pickup. He left and never came back. I waited another 20 minutes before I had to ask again how long my order would be and was told it was ready. Our meals were cold and soggy when we ate them. Not impressed and feel ripped off as I told the guy at the front I was there. Also noticed their was no option to change the tip option for online ordering. Automatically went to 20%.

Amazing service and the food was so good as always! Chanelle and Ellen went above and beyond and were SO lovely, I can’t recommend them enough. We were treated so well and they really looked after us! Thank you for being so awesome ladies!!!

The plant based section here is one of the better options for vegans around the area. Care in Guest experience for us made our visits exceptional! Our server during our visits was perfect in her pacing, checking on us, and engaging the right amount! Forgot to get her name, think the bill mightve said Hudson? A solid choice if you're in Whistler with a group that has different wants or needs, with great service and consistency!

We had a lovely evening. The food, wine and service made for a most enjoyable evening. Thank you to Gary P. for his gracious handling of a sticky situation. We are looking forward to returning to Earl’s.
