Very bad service. The attendants are grumpy and uninterested in serving you. They put their regular customers ahead of sporadic customers and justify themselves with explanations that offend intelligence. I will never stay there again.

Long before having a hello and being answered at the counter. Once answered, great service inside. Outside, in the courtyard, we had the impression of disturbing, and the clerks know little about their inventory. Before, the service (employees) in the courtyard was really more friendly and smiling.

If I could put a zero star, I would. This place is a real museum. The invoices are all done by hand. I needed parts for my fireplace and I arrive at the counter and the clerk begins to do her bill by hand. No bar code. She has to look in a catalog to get the price of each item. I thought it was a joke. I was looking for the cameras and maybe Marcel Béliveau was going to come out from somewhere. Well no, it's true, the invoice is all done by hand. After 20 minutes, I leave because it's way too long. You should see how it works elsewhere. Billing by hand is not very serious and not very 2020. The employees are ordinary to see disillusioned. There was also a cash register ... yeah yeah ... I looked for a typist but couldn't find one. they are not there yet. ;-) A word of advice, modernize yourself, it doesn't cost that much.
