I bought a shower at Lacroix decor and it was delivered to my home. Opened the box only to find damage. I called Lacroix and was told it was not there issue and to contact the manufacturer. The customer service after you have paid is terrible. They have nice products and the service is good when shopping, but the time you pay and have issues then they don’t care. They say “it’s not our problem”.

Good choice, but not much available. No delivery included regardless of the price. Little advisers available. I was guaranteed to have my sink in 2 weeks, but never received. Deposit min. 25% and difficult to find. Staff at the reception very good, however. I do not recommend for the whole.
