Thanks to Vincent for his great advice, he answered all my questions in a fairly professional and detailed manner. The guys who came to set up my shelter were also super meticulous. Very happy to finally be able to enjoy my new patio!

I strongly advise against. No stars. Spring 2018, at the first meeting the counselor took no notes so at the second meeting her plan did not suit our requests at all. Regarding the installation, done by a subcontractor, we had to change the screws the following year because the screw heads had broken. We are talking about an outdoor patio here ... They also installed wire mesh under the upper part of the patio but not under the lower part because it is low-lying ... (two-story patio) or my land is not flat so my 4 month old puppy managed to go under the patio. We will come back for the relevance ... And this fence they installed, 2 years later a part was detached ... Let's talk about the installation of the privacy wall which is not solid enough, we have had to undo it after 2 years for security ... we will have to install a ramp. When I went to carry the check and I took the opportunity to discuss my misunderstanding regarding the fence (in addition that we had agreed on a deep staircase and that was not what was done) , I had no follow-up from them.
