Great service! We arrived from out of town on our way to winter harbour and the clerk was kind and let us in almost a half hour early. We got what we were wanted quickly and were in the road again. Thank you

Just bought my first electric guitar here. Staff is really helpful and knowledgeable. I have been coming in here since I first started playing guitar and I have to thank the Music Plant for the encouragement and the shared love for music in general. If you love music or are interested in learning to play/sing/compose music, you will be in the best of hands at the Music Plant.

Simply the best store on the Island. While two other multi store companies would not even call me back or respond, Doug, the owner not only responded to my mail late in the evening, he also diligently followed up the next day as he promised. The pricing is very competitive, the staff extraordinary helpful. I enjoy my Roland FP-90 every day, this even more knowing that I got an excellent deal while supporting a small local business. Well worth the drive from Parksville. Great store, great people, great service. Second to NONE!

Payed 150 to get a guitar intonated. Come grab the guitar the next day, bring it home try the intonation it's not intonated! I bring it back and the guy says I dropped it! Ok you pos!

I brought in my grandpa's old guitar to see if I could get it turned up, I had to pick strings and I just choose the ones he recommend. I got the cash that it was ready about 2 days later, I was surprised that it played at well, it was like it was brand new, it was 80$ for the repair and 20$for the strings. Pretty good deal on my books, the guitar was in bad shape. I with recommend the lessons also, I tried since a while ago and the teacher there is awesome.
