Stay far far away from this store ! Go to Courtenay if needed. This is the worse store I have ever dealt with. I brought in a iPad with a cracked screen to be repaired. I made it very clear I needed it fixed in 3 days before I left town , or I’d wait to have it fixed. I was told , no problem, we can have it done for you. I had to pay up front. Anyways 5 day’s go by and I heard nothing from them. I called and was told it would be longer , the home button needed to be changed. Few days longer. Well it’s been over 3 weeks. Not once have they called letting me know it would be longer. I called again today and was told it was done and on it’s way to the Campbell River store, and they would let me know what time to pick up. I missed the call and the voicemail said to pickup at 6:45pm before they close at 7pm. The employee called shortly after and once again told me 6:45pm pickup. I just got to store at 630pm after a 20 minute drive , to find they are closed ! It has been a nightmare dealing with them. I will never spend another penny in this store. I feel they took my money at first , knowing it wouldn’t be done in time. Just to get my business. I would have took it elsewhere to get repaired if I knew. Do yourself a favour , and shop elsewhere. There is a reason there reviews online are so bad.

The Lady's service was great. She was making sure that she met our needs. I'm definitely going to be back.

Ripoff sometimes but its the only video game store in town They didn't tell me the 3ds i was buying came with a chewed off circle pad and no sd card
