Always helpful staff there. Young man loading up my car today in lumber yard was amazing.. wish I could put his name down in here. Didn't ask for it. (He uses the now rare fountain pen though on paperwork so Im sure that will identify him). Gate guy was also helpfu,l easy direction to where I needed to go for my order. Back order desk guy was great too. And cashier. Thanks everyone for helping me with my order... no stress.. easy.

Looking for help is difficult. I had to ask a cashier if there was someone in the section. It seems there are less people working. Very understandable considering Covid. I think someone should be going around the store asking if people need help. Not standing at the back.

I dealt with Lois in the customer service area today and it was by far the best service experience I have encountered! Not only was she very polite, and full of smiles ; but the service she provided was one that is very rare to come by these days & should be recognized. She was more than happy to answer any questions that I had while providing additional information on the product being purchased. For all my future needs; without a doubt, I will be coming to see Lois. Thanks for all your help !

There has to be a more efficient way to get help with large orders, had to wait half hour to get staff to load concrete and supplies

The lady at the lumber desk was amazing and the boys in the yard was super helpful.
