I have used RCTC Corp 3 times now - twice to renew my passport and once to get a visa. Each time, I have received very prompt, friendly and professional service and each time the work was done on time! Their office hours were very accommodating. I didn't have to take any time off work to go to the Embassy and all the documents were shipped via mail! Painless and convenient! Thank you Alex & team! I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for help.

Do not use this company for getting a Visa for Australia. They charge $110 and offer the same service that the Australian government website charges $20. They prey on people not familiar with visas and their website is intentionally designed to look like an official government website. I got suckered in. If this review saves one person from doing the same, while denying this pariah organization money, I will feel that I have helped. If there was an option for zero stars, i would surely use it.

I have been using RCTC/VisaCenter for approximately 12 years and I keep coming back when I need a visa. They are competent, efficient and flexible; working always to find a solution that fits into my busy travel schedule when I can't be without my passport for an extended period.

Agency charges for police clearance 575 $, but they never pick up the phone and do not answer for voice mails.Once somebody picked up the phone,they do not provide clear information,they are not sure what they doing seems like, customer service is extremely rude,they should learn some simple manners.

Do not ever use this service. It is an website that looks like the official website of any country's consulate. They charged me $158 plus tax for just appointment booking service and it does not include the visa charges at all. I could book the appointment on Consulate's website for free.
