Super service
I did my research on the website before going there to be sure who is in stock. Product displayed on sale on the internet. Since I couldn't find the product, I went to the materials counter. I asked the gentleman (whom I seemed to be disturbing), he answered me; "I haven't taken them out of the warehouse yet!" And he turned around. 🤨😲
It's simple .... I'll go buy elsewhere!
The store owner provides poor customer service. Profits before customer satisfaction.
Go a few more km and go to Rona the warehouse of St-Jean sur Richelieu where you will be well served
I discovered this Rona a long time ago under the name Ferronnerie Houle on 2nd avenue in Iberville. It's a beautiful Rona, little lumber yard (it's bigger than before when she was in a building at the back), seasonal service, propane, ... Everything is there so you don't need to make twenty trips between different businesses. And above all, there are the cats .... Wow!
