So first let me say this. I bought nothing from these guys, accept rca splitters. I went to the maple ridge location and asked for some advice. The gentleman working was amazing he came to to my car gave me advice and actually told me not to buy anything. I was shocked. When is the last time anyone heard dont buy anything from a car audio salesman? Plus early on I realized I was dealing with a car audio professional and that is rare . My next purchase will be from this shop. Thank you for the time you took to help me and the advice you gave

I haven't gotten my stereo system installed yet due to circumstances beyond the control of the guys at diamond stereo but considering I have now been in there 3x and have not until today put any money on the table they have really gone above and beyond to help me find what I need and seem to be very straight up n fair about cost. I really appreciated the extra initiative to try and stay within the budget I had set from point go! it seems they have a really good grasp on CUSTOMER SERVICE! So I got my whole system put in from the guys @ Diamond Stereon was beyond happy with the whole experience. Even tho my camaro needed a special dash kit that was apparently almost 200 more then originally quoted and I got the more expensive JVC touch/ lcd deck plus my 12" sub and the Amp(which I know nothing about any of these things) they still came in $100 below my set budget! When I picked up my Camaro the nice fellow that I originally spoke with got into the car with me and went over the entire set up process for Android Auto n Bluetooth he showed me how to use all of my hands free options, my sub control and all the finer points of the new sound equipment that I was so excited for and most importantly he gave me the most important feature of all exactly what I told him was key...I wanted the BOOM BOOM BOOM that my hubby could hear at home from the parking lot at diamond stereo about 5 blocks away lol. So happy with the whole experience they really went the extra mile to get everything done in a very timely manner! Great Job guys!

Outstanding service had a few questions about wiring some subs up to my amp went above and beyond to help me even though there was a three week waiting period also tuned my amp and deck for me i highly recommend these guys!!! Thank you...
