HNT TOOLS

Went there today to grab a 150.00 tool. Well they treated me so good they times that by 13 Up date....went there to buy a heated coat in the Milwaukee brand and felt like I was being taken to the cleaners. So the coat was 179.00.....a battery was on sale for 69.95. A portable charger another 79.95. That comes to 369 and change. Ouch and they didn't have my size to boot. Maybe that was a blessing....I do a on line search and find home depot as them with battery and charger for 229.00. That upset me so I went back in and asked why I almost got screwed for about 150 plus the extra taxes and the best answer I got was they didn't have it in my size. I have been buying from them for a few years now and when I started they had the best prices that I could find but now they seem to be riding on a trust that was instilled in me that had my best interest in mind and they would always take care of me. I spent thousands of dollars at this store just to feel like I may have been screwed on other things.......no more believing them back to fact checking. Sorry .

Wanted a replacement filter for my vacuum. This is the only place that had them in stock. Staff are super helpful

The selection of tools is amazing!!! To be honest I don't even know the use for most of them. The story of 15% surcharge aka restocking fee is true. So you need to be pretty sure what you are buying

Be really careful as this store changes 15% restocking fee. I try to return never used still in the packages item and i was charged over $60.00 for restocking fee. There is no sign in the store says that. I understand it says on the receipt but I think a sign at cashier to let your customers know will be better. The customer service there is good ( not the manger, he was rude).
