High end department store. Use to have good service but no longer find that to be the case. Lots of clothing, shoes and cosmetics. Lots of name brands. You really need to know your prices and wait for sales like Bay Days.

DON'T SHOP HERE!! I Was buying a jacket that clearly said 25% off plus an additional 35% off. They then told me it wasn't on sale and the price was double what the tag said. They would not even sell it to me at the tag price nevermind honoring there sale. I will never go back to that store. The Bay downtown is much better.

I was disappointed with service today. I understand the covid protocol but the cashier was working at a snail speed and unconcerned about the growing line up. She was more focused on calling her supervisor for her break. When I got home I find the tags on some items showed different than the actual size. I now have to return items as the manufacturer size does not match the size on the price tags.

Ill-trained staff. Blurting out prices as she is putting it through the till. I do not need a blow-by-blow nor does anyone else have to hear it.
