Amazing service. Bought a chromebook thinking it would do what I wanted but eventually figured out it didn't and it was past the return period but the manager was AMAZING and let me return it for credit towards a laptop that worked more for my needs (:

The people in there are very helpful when you don't know what you're doing but the end of making you know what you're doing at the end

Terrible experience each time I've been there. Was sold an item we were not able to use as it wasn't compatible with what we have. Took it back two days later and they would not take it back. Service was terrible! I stood by the counter for 5mins. 1staff member helping an older gentleman at the counter. He finally went to the back room where you could hear a few people talking loudly. He asked one to come out to help. When they did, they didn't help at all. I will NEVER go to this store again! (it gets 1 star because it won't let me give it a zero star)
