Long lines, no updates about documents status. After two weeks of waiting and calling them, staff has informed that the application had a mistake. Staff Promised to revise it and re-apply. Had to go and wait for another 2 hours to discover that nothing was made from the staff side. Asked to do it again in front of me. Another 2 weeks passed and still no news from them. The worst customer service which you will unlike see in South Korea.

Korean and English website need conformity. There is a lot more information on the Korean site. New information and notices are posted much later on the English site. The wording is not always clear. Always expect to have to make 2-3 trips to the Korean consulate. No one is monitoring people waiting in-line, some people just barge in and don’t care about the new covid rules. **Update** They have a person that monitoring the entrance, so that helps with potential overcrowding. I booked for 10am, they seem to be turning away people that did not have a booking, unless it's to pick up a document. The first hour, for each half, may be for walk-in, but it's not clear. They still need to a better job of streamlining everything, it makes it frustrating for the employee, at the booth, and makes us "customers" feel helpless and upset.

The new booking system works well. In and out in less than 15 minutes. It helped having all the documents ready to go! Patking is hectic though as they closed parking at the consulate and recommend street parking.
