Ms.Sandamali Rathnayake has been very pleasant to deal with and has been very helpful to me and has guided me throughout the processing of the application.

Except the front office lady (who issue the recipts for payment) all other staff is extremely friendly. Ms. Sandamali is real professional and she does her duty at best level. Also i have worked with Ms. Champa she is also very helpful. But i have seen lot of people come without proper documents and ask help or ask the same thing agin and again. They must understand this is a consulate office not a friend's house. And also most of the people who left to canada (most as refugee) doesn't like SL so they always put bad comments. Do not believe those comment. If you are leagly in canada, you dont have any fraud documents, their service is excelent..

They should teach their tall and obese security in the room how to treat people professionally. Yelling! at people for having their phones out on the table, no respect at all for the people. They don't even have a sign displayed stating their privacy policy. Other than that all other experience with the staff members were great.

Not even their website is in working condition.

I just talk to a consulate geraral office.person who was speak with me over the phone was not even willing to listen to question.she was in hurry to answer and not paying attention to the question even what we asking.is that kind of people who work on these kind of offices? And why?
