I bought a cactus there. His name is Pedro. It's a good cactus.
I went here yesterday and had a special online order,first when I called I gave bill to employe and he said well go see if you find your blocks, then he asked and noone could find it the store is a mess and noone knows how to give customer service. And employees are lost.I am never going back to this store I don't know who is running the shop. But it's really bad...
Second time problem with staff. Needed an item this week and asked the pro desk staff, they told me they did not have it but the St. Hubert store does. I went there and they did not have it either.
pro counter is lacking service compared to my other reno depot pro desk.
but overall this reno depot has alot of selection and is less busy so in and out is faster.
