Sent a document from Alberta by Canada post to that address mentioned above to be authorized by the Egyptian consultant, paid $28 express mail then received it back as RTS as it’s a wrong address, I don’t know how an official place like this not updating their address If they already moved, or even make mail transfer. I’m really frustrated the poor service we get through our consulate. It’s not only money matter, it’s also time sensitive.

The worst services ever , they don’t reply phones or help at anything , my passport lost more than 3 months and I can’t get new one till now they are not professionals and they don’t care anything
