It was my 3rd visit to home depot and experience was the same. No customer service at all, you have to roam around in a huge store finding the required item. But nobody will be there to guide you. You hv to be after the employees for help and even if u find one, you will see them in super hurry. Successful businesses know no matter what ppl will come as per their needs so they hardly care about customer service.
