It's a pretty popular store so they almost always have everything in stock. Employees are pretty knowledgeable.

A bit tricky to navigate, mostly helpful staff and large space with varied material for your home renovation needs. Options are limited for some items - HVAC components that I checked for - but you will find value products for what you need.

Washer was delivered today as expected. The delivery people did not wear a mask and asked an additional for 20$ (no receipt) to install the machine. First mistake: they used the old pipes instead of the new one furnished inside the machine. They places the pipes and plug it then left. They damaged our stairs while removing the old washer. We tried one wash and the machine just shake the all building during spinning, run the walls and damaged the walls, that was really scary for our neighbours. We opened the sealed manual and discovered that the shipping bolts should have been removed (they were still screwed inside the machine to hold the tub), the feet needed levelling, the hose guide was not installed and the machine needed a calibration. We did all that and now the machine does not shake (and is actually amazingly silent and stable) and we have a 1300$ washer that is certainly damaged internally and not one bit of confidence for Home Depot and its delivery service. We contacted the delivery people (they gave us their phone to pay interac) to complain and they argue it was just “a bonus” for a service. We will call customer service tomorrow to replace the washer after only 5h of having it. And now, I have to explain to my landlord that I damaged the stairs and 2 walls because of bad delivery service.

Quite upset that during this pandemic that at the entrance there was no hand sanitizer station or masks available like all the other Home Depots I frequent.

I do enjoy going to this location. Staff is always friendly and willing to help out. Always have a good experience when I shop here
