snobby reps working at the store who were no help and too busy doing their own things vs greeting new customers with a smile Update after below response: Actually it was not a Saturday that we visited. It was a Wednesday afternoon and your staff didn’t seem so busy other than gathered together to talk about their personal life.

I had my eyes on the meta 29 for long time. I stopped at the Commencal shop few weeks back. I found a bunch of amazing people in there, who help me decided about my new rig. Purchase the bike , and got my bike set up right away by the mechanics team! You guys rock ! At Jonathan and Boris! My last big up will be for the Gm (Derek)who was awesome ! Great experience ! I will be back!

Got a bike new from the HQ last summer, they were focused on time, instead of getting the bike sized right for me or asking about my skill/ridding style. So here I am, with a bike frame that's too small for me after spending $3500, and their solution is to spend more and buy longer stems and offset headsets. Size up if you buy a Commencal.

Might be a great store and brand but very disappointed with their approach to shipping bikes and support. Be warned, Commencal uses a 3rd party shipping company called ShipTime that arranges discount shipping. No word of this before you purchase despite paying handsomely for shipping. As it stands I have no bike for my kid, no response from the shipping company Commencal uses and no response from Commencal. But Commencal has their $2500 so why should they care, right? Update below re: response from Commencal Canada. Yes I did contact [email protected] and yes of course, that’s why I posted, no response. That is the email provided in your delivery email to me. And check the Canpar’s link, no update, still stuck at pick up and it’s been a week and no response from ShipTime or Canpar. Their only feedback was “wait a couple of days and hope it shows up”. Brutal service. Yes it’s busy but haven’t had the same issues with legitimate service providers during this same pandemic.
