Have to agree with the review below. Was waiting for around 15 minutes at the camera/electronics counter while 6 staff members wander around ignoring everyone or having a chat - I just walked out and will shop online elsewhere. People wonder why we choose to support online business instead. Jee I wonder!

I purchased a TV yesterday and was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service I received. Jay went above and beyond by opening the box with me for a quick inspection, gave me tips on transporting and unboxing and setting up the TV as well as informing me of their 30 day price guarantee (if the price drops on Boxing Day I can come back and get paid the price difference). Jay topped it all off by bringing it out to my vehicle and even loaded it into the back! Kudos Jay! Looks like there are a few negative comments towards the electronics department but Jay is definitely taking steps to turn public opinion around... one happy customer at a time. :)

Wow! What a great store! Isles filled with products (exotic), plus electronics department, audiovisual area, sound booth, photo lab and camera section with super friendly and helpful personnel! LD Extras program, wonderful environment, and weekly items sale...

I would give zero stars if possible. From the management to the staff every one is very lazy at their jobs and seem to hiding from wanting to help any customers . Any time I need assistance from the photo lab to electronics no one is every around and walk away when they see you make eye contact with them and i frequently use the photo lab as well weekly and struggle with good service everytime . I went in to get super mario 3d all stars and they had the copies hidden in the back and the guy working said its so the employees can get them first , they sold me one when I complained to go to head office and the manager on site he offered to do nothing in terms of speaking to his employees he just responded with uhh well you got it in the end didn't you ? I wasn't aware staff were aloud to hide products from the customers for their own personal gain. I will never shop at this location and urge others to do the same and support local in any groceries they need or any other services our town has them we don't need london drugs.
