Tried to use the curbside pick up on Saturday, got there, couldn’t find where to park (see pic below for why), waited 20 min, called, no answer, so I went inside finally. Three people standing around customer service doing nothing and tell me the people that do curbside pick up are all in a meeting (at 10 am on a Saturday?!). She couldn’t find my order, even though I had just received an email that it was all ready just 30 min before arriving. Then her computer doesn’t show everything I paid for, and she couldn’t figure it out even as I showed her my itemized receipt. After about ten min of this the woman next to her finally spoke up “oh you’re that person, ya we don’t have those things, we’ll just send you a refund.” Told them about the signs as an FYI and barely got a shrug as a reaction. I asked them why even bother having this feature if they clearly don’t care to support it, to which I got a sarcastic “have a nice day” reply. So lame, after about 40 min there for what should have been a couple min, went to rona next door and got what I needed with ease and no sarcasm, simple things a customer should expect. I do hear Home Depot is a Trump supporter. So maybe they were all just a bit grumpy with the recent news. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I did a return yesterday and it was the easiest process. Super friendly and helpful staff, my partner and I were both super pleased with how quick we were in and out. (Also, really great plant selection!)

Staff here are the most helpful of any other HD store in the Lower Mainland.

Absolutely the worst service. Multiple staff were just useless - not knowing where things are and simply said "I don't know" instead of saying, "let me find out for you". When a product was missing the barcode sticker, instead of offering to get someone to find out, they wanted me to go back to find it myself. Would never come back to this location again!
