Came here from the Surrey location to pickup an item set aside for me. When I arrived, the sales representative suggested a better and more updated version of the product I wanted to buy for only a fraction more. It turns out that his suggestion was useful because this particular product turned out to be even better than I imagined. This sales representative even offered a greater discount on the already marked down price which was greatly appreciated.

I ordered a new TV on amazon... after they failed to deliver it to me and I waited over a week (they use Intelcom, who keep failing to deliver to me and everyone I know), I took my business to Visions, and had my new TV immediately in my car that day! The sales person was amazing and so friendly and helpful, gave me some great tips to follow. My new mission is to try bring my business to places like this where you have great customer service and confidence that you can actually receive your product!

Visited this store in the last week-ish during covid-19, the staff were very friendly and helped me and my wife pick out a T.V. The sales associate, I think Aman B. Helped us out and explained everything and even went the distance of showing us the set-up and features. No need to shop around - they always seem to have the best deals and product. Two thumbs up!

This place is phenomenal. Sales person Mr. Med Jalloh helped me out. This guy is so funny and make ur purchase so much fun. Got me the super cool price deal I wasn't even expect. Kinda felt line he is there for us not the company. Totally worth coming extra mile for this guy.

Came here looking for a sound bar and glad I did. Sales was extremely helpful. Got the exact bar I wanted for a ‘smoking hot price.’ Service is top notch here. Walked out with a huge smile and two thumbs up. Couldn’t be happier. Will be back in the future. Thank you Visions.
