I brought in my laptop for repair earlier this year. After checking in on the status of the repair, I was told they didn't have my laptop anymore - it was likely destroyed without my knowledge. Due to this incident, I was sold a used laptop that started to have problems very shortly afterwards. I brought it in a couple of times for Crackerz to try and fix a laptop they sold me and the issue is still unresolved today. The laptop is not working. Now I need a new laptop after spending time and money with little to no return. I'm quite unhappy with this whole experience and for this reason I'm giving Crackerz 2 stars.

Gold stars all around!!! Had an issue with an old desktop that got fried from a power surge and the tech who resurrected it from the dead was amazing. I dealt with Joy and she was awesome putting a rush on the tower and got it back the same day. Very reasonable pricing and a very up to date and clean showroom with social distancing protocols put in place. I’ll be back!!!

Remarkably honest. I thought I had a dead network card, but the culprit was a good ol' Windows update changing my settings. Fixed as part of the diagnostic fee, which was reasonable. Thank you.

Just had the most amazing experience. They went out of their way for me, after 3 other places couldn't help me. They were friendly, informative and got the job done right! Quick turnaround, good pricing. I will be a repeat customer, but hopefully not for the wrong reasons. :) highly recommended them!
