I recently moved to Langley and I was ready to purchase my second camera. I was in the store a couple times before being helped by the most knowledgeable staff member I had come across. He was not only knowledgeable (and took the time to teach me my new camera) in photography but passionate. He helped me make my purchase and I trusted his advice. Danny thanks for doing what you do! I'll be sure to come see you for all my future purchases.

I had an issue with printing photos on line. I was very pleasantly surprised to receive a message directly from the assistant manager with his phone number to help me in correcting the issue. Things don't always go perfectly, the fact that the store was addressing the issue is huge and so very much appreciated. 5 stars for customer service!

We were in this store today to look for a Black Friday TV deal. We were fortunate enough to link up with Brad in the TV department. Despite us being (non technical) seniors he persevered with a smile and helped us find a TV that met our needs. His knowledge and patience sent these seniors home happy. Thank you Brad

The staff are always friendly and helpful and inventory is always full. There online order and pick up is so fast - probably the fastest of any other competitor which is amazing. I am happy to support a Canadian company.

I was looking for advice on a new camera and setup to start boosting my photography skills, and I was referred by a friend of mine to ask Danny in the photo department at London Drugs Langley. I’m so glad I was! He was incredibly helpful and informative, he listened to my needs and my concerns, he stayed conscious of my price point and even asked me about things I hadn’t even thought of! I walked away with an amazing starter set of camera equipment and I couldn’t be more excited to get started with some of the tips he gave me too! I loved that he was very matter-of-fact, he didn’t sugarcoat anything, and best of all he didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need or ask for. I would recommend anyone that’s looking for a no-bs transaction from someone that really knows their stuff go to Danny for camera equipment !
