What an awesome experience, Leon’s sales staff were so great! They didn’t follow you around the store but they did come back every few minutes to check on us which we loved as we don’t like the pressure of sales staff hovering. We bought a bedroom set and they did a scratch and save promotion and we scratched 50% off so we saved $1200. We couldn’t believe it! We will definitely be back!

I purchased a couch under the impression that I would be getting it within the first two weeks of December, and now I won't be getting it until January. I understand that the pandemic has caused massive delays but if staff had told me the truth about how backed up supply really was I would have purchased my couch elsewhere. Very disappointed with the lack of communication between the storefront locations and manufacturing.

My sales lady was awesome, but unfortunately my 2-4 weeks until my couch arrived turned into 3 months with no communication... Overall really disappointed.

Total SCAM! What a disappointment. Paid upfront for furniture then had to keep following up for delivery. The sales lady - Geetha at the Richmond store was quite the talker. Whenever we call to follow up on delivery, she tries to divert the question and eventually said we don't have stock. Why sell and take peoples money when you have no stock???? Trying to get a refund is another story. Been over two weeks and still no idea if and when we'll get what we paid for OR a refund. Total scam! Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! Do yourself a favor, avoid the frustration! Go elsewhere.
