Love their online reservation system. Makes shopping so easy! Curbside pickup is awesome. Pricing is very competitive and they usually have what you need in stock.

Purchased a desktop computer from this location a week ago. Talked to a salesman that was very very helpful! He even pulled another salesman over just so I could get all my questions 100 percent answered. When going through checkout the geeksquad gave me a great deal on their warranty service. Walked out feeling very well taken care of and very satisfied with my purchasing experience.

Bought laptop, wasn't told the better version was on-sale online for the same price. Was told they were sold out. Reps seemed to not know how their own system worked. Was upsold on paying full price for the device. The next day the upgraded version was online again for discounted price. Hoping to be able to exchange.

Had an issue with my order online, waited hours on the phone. Went directly to the store. The girl working at order pickup figured it out and got the tv to me within 5 minutes, after spending 2 days dealing with the online service. Got the exact tv I wanted at the promotional rate, and was able to pay right there. Much better service than any other Best Buy nearby.

Great service as usual.I am long time Best Buy customer usually. But I admit I went elsewhere 1st as I am old and waiting in line is sometimes an issue. That elsewhere turned into disaster and had to get refund. So I went Monday at dinnertime to Best Buy and I was 1st in line. Got in quickly, bought new TV and wall mount from knowledgable guy. They also install Saturdays which was bonus. Great experience overall.
