The absolute best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Anywhere in the world. The staff makes your stay unique and one of a kind! Amazing food, a fun atmosphere, and the absolute best staff I’ve ever seen in any business. I’ve been coming here for 10 years and will be bringing my future family here many times over!! This was my favourite stay by far and this resort keeps impressing me every single time!!! You rock!!!

Last night we had the best time! We can here for my friends birthday and were treated like special guests when we walked in: David greeted us at the front when asking a few questions. After the buffet, we hit up the Casino, played a few games, and watched this guitar playing virtuoso do his thing - super talented and entertaining, he played requests and has us laughing all night.The bartenders at the bar were great too, making perfect mixes. We are giving this place a 5 star rating, but some of the staff should smile more and be more attentive because we kept walking back to the bar for drinks instead of being served at our table.a few look sad or even unhappy.

They kept on sending us invites for a complimentary two night stay, and we finally decided to try it out. We were set up in the hotel part across the street from the casino. Nice upper floor with a view of the river. Nice looking room, decent shower, came with a safe and fridge. But the mattresses were old and in throw-out shape! In fact, they were in the shape of a bowl. A bowling ball on the edge of the mattress would have ended up in the middle quickly! Not good for the most important item in the room. We didn't stay our second night. :-(
