Hudson's Bay

Was having so much difficulty Christmas shopping this season, trying to order things on time, etc. I couldn’t find the cologne my Dad wanted, for the life of me! I already visited the Downtown location as well as a few other stores to no avail, so when I called Oakridge I was close to giving up. I spoke with Lisa on the phone and she gave me some of the best customer service I’ve ever had! She helped me find what I needed and had it shipped to me, and was so lovely and kind in the process. She was very knowledgeable and helpful, and her great service made my Christmas shopping so much easier. I’ll definitely be shopping more at the Bay at Oakridge

We bought the table a month ago. Only the glass table top and the base came. The pedestal (leg), all the screws and bolts, tools, instructions are missing. We contacted the customer service for about the pedestal for 11 days now and they still could not resolve the issue or give us the delivery date of the leg. They claimed the manufacture did not respond. A table without the leg is not a table. We will return the item if they can not ship the leg in two days. Very poor customer service on the Bay and manufacturer. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Quiet because of Oakridge mall renovation. Still a good place for bargain hunting...

Simply dreadful online purchase experience. Basically nothing worked after sending order. Trying to contact them was impossible. I called the toll free number at least six times, never talked to anyone as I was put on hold indefinitely and then routed to voicemail that nobody checks or reruns calls. I wrote to resolve the problem immediately as they require this within 48 hours. It took them two weeks to write back, and only then did they tell me that I had transposed some numbers when I input the order but by the time they told me it was too late and the order was already cancelled. They need to completely rethink their online process for those of us who don't want to take covid risk in crowded stores and might make a simple, innocent input error. Will absolutely not order from them again.
