Bonnie helped me at the check out and she was fantastic. Very efficient, proactive, and made my transaction very easy since there was low stock on the item I was looking for. She even tried to get me a better condition box for the Dyson I was buying because she saw I wanted a gift receipt. She made my day and it is so good to see people who work with such passion and dedication and positive energy in times like this. She deserves commendation.

The most useless customer service! This Canadian Tire store at 2830 Bentall Street in Vancouver has one of the most useless customer service offering. I wanted to give 1.5 stars as the review but half points are not an option. Lots of great products available at the stores but trying to find a customer service person to assist is non-existent. You would think that with the amount of business they create and products they sell, they would hire more staff to lessen the burden of researching and obtaining the pertinent information on products. I once waited for 15 minutes to get assistance, once someone came to my aid, they knew nothing about the products in the store, they said, they would find someone for me that could help. Why hire some kid who doesn't know what to do? What an absolute waste of money, time and training. The Canadian Tire website needs some tweaking, it just chugs along at a slow pace (I could go for a coffee and donut... come back, and it would still be nowhere). Half the time the links don't take you anywhere except oblivion - Yes folks, Oblivion exists!. The Search feature is just as useless. - What gives? - No quality control. - Is management that clueless? - It's about profits and no one cares about customer retention. Maybe I'll have to shop at Lowe's and Home Depot.

Kim in Customer Service was pleasant to deal with. She went out of her way to make sure that I found what I needed. This CT is not the closest to my house, but I would come back just because of the excellent service

The employees at this location is great I was helped by Kim T when I was doing my checkout and she was friendly, helpful. I forgot that I purchased a bin and she came out looking for me and I was very amazed by her great customer service. The amount of choices and variety at this location is wonderful! I will definitely come back again 💯

looked online for a product. Website said 15 in stock. I called to make sure and they confirmed. I went in to the store and none were on the shelf. I asked customer service to double check if the product was in store. They confirmed 15 were in store and sent an employee to grab it for me. I waited over 30 min and the employee did not return. I went back to customer service to explain, they called the employee to check and said they can't find it. I asked if they can send another employee to find it. They told me no one is available at the moment and asked if I wanted to check another store if its in stock. Why would I go to another store when there is 15 in stock!? Send your employee back to do their job!!
