Please avoid this location for any online grocery or photo pick. They are all not ready for serve the customers and they are not aware of what they are doing. I visited today to pick up the free magnets as I received the email that my order was completed. I was waiting in line for so long and kindly one staff came to help me out. She was gone forever, and did not come back to me. Suddenly, one guy came out and said to all line-up people that the magnets are not available at this moment. What???? what about the emails? how come I received the completed email? There were six more people behind me waiting for the magnets, but no one could pick them up today. There were almost more than 6 staff in the online pick up section, but no one could get out of the line-up with their useless help. What were they doing inside? I was super angry and I could see that the other people were losing their minds. Walmart is promoting this big event for the customers. Then, your location and staff should have been ready for this and prepared for the staff and all the details. Despite of this pandemic, I was really appreciating Walmart's efforts and wanted to be their loyal customer. However, this location doesn't deserve it at all. Never going to come to this location. I could see some people not wearing the masks properly. The clean guy was hanging his masks on her chin. No one was keeping the social distance. No staff are helping or guiding the seniors or kids. Poor pandemic guideline, Poor online pick up, Poor social distance, Poor staffing Poor customer service ever.

A few days ago a man with disability was told to wait in self checkout as there were not many cashiers and there was a big line up there, Neel was at self checkout , he went out of the way to help that disable person by opening a register and scanned all his items and came back to self checkout to do his work. I saw that but didn’t get a chance to get the kid’s name as he was busy, but today I got a chance to see him, we had a chat and have to say Neel is really kind and generous person, and Walmart do need to hire more people like him. Really impressed.
