Staff in the retail and the automotive area, are friendly and helpful. Store is clean and well-spaced. Items are in stock and often this location has items not found at other Canadian Tire stores. Good prices. Lots of stock.

I went there for a regular oil change, so I left my car at lower level and I took all my belongings in a backpack. I was making time at upper level when someone from the staff came and asked me to left my backpack at the front which I refused. This practice, according to them, is a part of a "set of policies". So I pointed a woman with her big cute bag in front of us and I got not reasonable reply why that was allowed but not my backpack. I will try to use other place in the future.

Nothing great, just cheap made in China stuff at fair prices! returns are easy with receipt but manager over writes are sometimes helpful. Popular items always sold out.. selection of items deserves 3stars
