This is not the real Visa Centre. The real Visa Centre is 999 Broadway, above Scotiabank on the second floor in the same building. I submitted my application at the real Visa Centre and they proof read your application, ask you to sign here and there, guarantee a pick up day (3 business days) for tourist visa. Very efficient and accurate. Once they review and receive the package, it’s guaranteed approval. Highly recommend going to the REAL Visa Centre on 999 Broadway!!!

IMPORTANT: DO NOT GO TO THE ADDRESS AS LISTED at the Neelu Bachra Centre (550 West Broadway Suite 730, Vancouver, BC) They will charge you 90 dollars just to submit your form for you online and check it over for errors, which is a free service at the actual Visa Centre. The real centre is above the Scotiabank on Oak and Broadway. Go there directly and save yourself a pointless $90 charge.

Don’t go to this location , bad service , not worth to pay $120 not doing right job . They are scammers. Just go directly to 999 west Broadway above scotiabank location much faster.

Horrible service and ridiculous fees. Unprofessional office with food everywhere and messy. Staff are rude and very unhelpful. I almost gave them all of my information and paid their fees until I read the google reviews. Do not go to this location, go to 999 west broadway above scotiabank!
