Great service. Efficient and updated via email at each step. The employees are professional and nice.

They don't answer the phone or emails. The wait is incredibly long. They gave me incorrect information that cost me lots of money and time, and they were very rude. There was also a mini riot or angry people due to the security not knowing the hours. In the end I never got my working visa and had to accept a different job in a different company after waiting for 4 months.

Great and fast service! Much better than the one in SF.

Great service and really efficient. I got there at 11:10 and finished everything by 11:40. The key is checking the information on their website and preparing the documents before going there. However, they also have printing and photo service there too.

Much nicer than Chinese Consulate at San Francisco.
