I have had several experiences with the Italian consulate in Vancouver where I have found that each and every time people have been incredibly rude and uninformative. It seems they do not want to have a job and speaking with them / dealing with them has really made me question wanting to go back to Italy at all.

Excellent experience. The people at consulate were extremely polite and helpful. The entire process was seamless and we got our visa's back in no time.

The gentleman who welcomed me is polite and friendly though the rating of the embassy is not that good on google. He processed my application very fast and I got the visa in a VERY short time! Unbelievably excellent!! It’s a nice experience :) much better than dealing with VFS
