The address on the web is not correct and has not been updated. On their site the address is Suite 2806, 1111 Alberni Street , Vancouver BC V6E 4V2 with no phone number. The phone number provided online is for Montreal which is closed for now. Basically you can't call them only email them. They'll answer your email only if you have your full name and address .

We have been trying to call them from 2 weeks no one answer the phone we had paperwork we need to know if it’s done
