They never pick up the phone...

9 to 3 in the afternoon! Terrible they should have more flexible hours. They do not receive payments in cash or with a debit or credit card so you have to go to the bank. And for greater surprise they charge their services in American dollars! Which makes everything more expensive for the simple fact of living abroad.

The staff that works there is excellent, the attention is quick and timely. I have needed to do paperwork twice and I always find diligent and kind people.
