I submitted my passport renewal request on 26 th October and received my passport on November 5.I am thankful to the consulate general of India for accepting and processing my request on a short notice.Everyone at BLS were extremely polite ,kind and compassionate and provided excellent customer service .Thank-you

I sent in my passport renewal application onmay 28 june 2 i got email saying application not complete to complete the application i need the passport back 2 months they hung up in mid conversation then sept 12 they made me pay for courier to send it back the second time today is october 9 i recieve nothing now when i call they say call courier service purolator says call the embassy their excuse is covid19
