if you have all your documents in order everything will be simple smooth fast. The place a tad bit cramped for visitors. I don’t think it can hold more then 10 people in that little office.

If there is Zero Star I would've select that!! I missed my flight because the front desk didn't check if my passport arrived in order to stop mailing it! and after an hour I got an email that is mailed and took 1 and half week to arrive! As well Lost my money on the ticket!
