Very kind and helpful team. It didn’t take us more than 30 minutes to get the Visa. It wouldn’t even take that long but there was a problem in the system. Thank you so much for your warm welcome

Had one of the most flawless experience in visa application processes. The staff was not only professional and polite but very efficient attentive & friendly and particularly Mr. Sinan. I missed couple of documents and he was more than supportive in helping me sorting the issue in timely manner. The visa was issued in no time upon fulfilling the requirements. Now, myself, wife and kids can't wait to board the flight to Turkey to enjoy its rich history, delicious food and known hospitality. Here we come Turkey 😃😃

Super professional staff and great customer experience. They team were very welcoming, Mücahit particularly took time and explained things in details to me and educated me about visa options that I was not aware of. Overall, I would highly recommend applying through this consulate office. The space is well designed for customer comfort and very spacious and Covid-19 safety procedures are well placed.

My Appointment was tomorrow, I thought to day was Friday 😄 🤣 😂. Anyway, the people works there were very curtisous and very helpful, except I applied for my Turkish ID 2 years ago and they said that they have no record of me, which requires my ID verification to come from my home town, But noting came since 2 years, but when my lawyer brother asked my home town city officials, they said that, they sent it 2 years ago, and he manager of city records sent me the copy and said, because you never done any official documentation, so they deleted your file as I m not alive, he said take this note n give the embassy and get them sent us your address of current and they will re record me. 😄 🤣 😂. What a soap opera, why they said that they never received any records? I don't know, but one of the employee told me that they received it. I think they might miss placed it, hopefully this time they wouldn't have any problems n can get my ID.

Very grateful to the Consulate for the excellent service. All my questions were answered via e-mail. The document I applied for was provided in a very timely manner.
