Since covid-19, they are not accepting walk-ins, services are provided by booked appointments only. However they were able to fit me in the same day, and helped me out very quickly! Thank you

The staff is great, agreable, respectful and helpful. Not the bureaucracy that I would expect back home. Super quick and efficient service. Downsides: the public hours are too narrow 9:30 to 12 it is hard to accommodate the schedule. Services are expensive. Overall great experience

Really nice place and all the staff were really friendly and helpful. I wasn't really expecting that (you know, government stuff aren't usually fun) but the process to renew my passport was super straight forward. Note that they don't accept credit, but you can pay the fees with debit. Good experience overall!

We are definitely impressed with the excellent service, but above all, we are so touched by the humanity and sensibility demonstrated by Flávia and Mr. Antônio towards us. The service provided was outstanding! Me and my husband are so very grateful for your help through the issues we had to resolve. You are amazing, and the consulate is so lucky to have you!
