Hudson's Bay

Melanie and her team gave great service. Courteous and customer centered. She helped me solve my problem and also helped me find some things that I needed. The personal shopping help is valuable and is why I liked going to the Bay before COVID. I'm glad they offer this as a virtual/online/phone option now. It's the same good service as before adapted to be done safely. I don't love the overseas phone support. The support from the Canadian stores/employees is excellent.

Excellent customer service! Only issue I have is that so many things are overpriced, even clearance prices seam to be higher than regular prices elsewhere. However they do price match. Would be nice if they were up to date on prices.

The one store I found an item I had been looking for,after checking several others. Great service from the sales clerk, found a box I could use. Gift boxes aren't available yet! Thanks HB.

I liked some boots but I waited more than 5 minutes for an assistant to attend me and when he did it he was not friendly I understand that without difficult times but you have to learn to treat customers
