Employees are so kind, profesinal and all the requests are done in highly profesional manner.

Decent place. Tight working hours make it a bit difficult to find time to get there. Although, once I was able to get there I had no complications. Just make sure to make an appointment by email. [Not related to Consulate] Also, there is a decent meat/deli place within the same plaza, not mentioned on Google maps, that sells decent roasted pork (it's not advertised anywhere, just need to ask for it).

They deserve a negative five stars.... I’m trying to get in touch with someone for the last seven months. When you call they send it to voicemail. I got in touch with someone they told be best way is email. I sent them a email my response was “I need to make an appointment and come in with my documents”. After that I sent 8 email to call me back or to make an appointment for me to come in. I I haven’t gotten any response to my emails. You can clearly tell that they are ignoring me. 8 emails and no response to the same email that they replied back from. I hope the Croatian government comes in and changes there staff because they are disgrace to the Croatian people. I know a lot of them and they are nice and really good people. Now my documents are over six months old which means I have to go back to Europe and get new documents and try it all over again. Thank you Croatia Embassy and staff.
