Embassy Grand Convention Center

I had booked the venue for my wedding but due to covid and the restrictions put in place by the government, I had to cancel the wedding. Gary from Embassy Grand would not provide a refund or partial refund and only option he gave us was to reschedule butwbut would have to pay for the original full guest count regardless of the government rules which is ridiculous. Why would I pay for 300 people if only 50 is allowed and why am i forced to wait to have my wedding based on a venues wishes? I ended up getting married at home with 10 people as per the rules and am very disappointed with this venue for keeping money for services that were never offered due to a pandemic out of my control. I do not recommend this venue for any event, save your money.

A huge thank you goes out to Sim for assisting us in booking Embassy Grand as our venue for a recent photo shoot. From when I initially reached out to inquire about booking the hall to the day of the event, Sim was super easy going and accommodating. The process could not have gone any smoother. The venue is gorgeous, spacious and beautifully decorated. Tons of parking available and the individual halls are stunning. Thank you once again!

We recently had our third event at this banquet hall. The evening went very well and our guests had a great time. Eva was especially accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed for the event. She understood that every detail was important to us. The chef, Maan, took direction very well and altered the dishes to suit our taste. The guests were very complimentary of the food. There can be some improvements in the service, and booking negotiations could be more pleasant, but overall we're very happy with the event and would recommend.

I highly recommend embassy grand for any event. We had our wedding reception at Embassy and could not have had a better experience. Meena our coordinator was always responsive and ensured we had a stress free experience. She even helped us organize extra security last minute. The venue spacious and clean. Overall, the food was great and our guests had an amazing time.

Nice big place and with a good size parking lot. I attended a function with 1600 people and they were nicely accommodated. The area for serving food was though a but tight despite splitting into two half to share the load. Good decor, nice service and good food.
