Brampton Passport Office

Very fast and efficient staff. I went there for an appointment with my family, spend less than10 minutes with my two children. Awesome! The security officer on Tuesday 8th December deserved an award. She does her job with a smile and empathy. Bless her....

Didn’t get a chance to go inside due to pandemic , but the lady security guard is very pleasant and helpful .

Got there at 8am on a Monday morning and was 3rd in line. When it opened at 8:30am the lady behind the counter was very helpful and fast and I was out of there by 8:45am! The positive reviews on here are right, it was a pleasant experience for something I've been dreading all weekend. It's best to go on a weekday morning 30min before it opens so you can be a the counter right away. :)

I was fully prepared to give this a bad review when I seen the line but can't. The security guard, ticket counter and especially the lady who I dealt with behind the counter were all very pleasant. The line looks big when you get in but this Office works diligently and fast!
